From the 28th of September until the 04th of October, the 2020 Edition of the European Biotech Week took place. In occasion of this event, EPTRI organised the following three webinars aimed to increase knowledge on how biotech has contributed to improve our life offering solutions to the major societal challenges:
- Webinar: Precision Medicine in Paediatrics – Biotecnology and applications for development and health (28th -29th September)
- Webinar: Paediatric diseases: research, biodrugs and territory (29th September)
- EPTRI webinar: biotechnology to bring innovation in the paediatric drug development (2nd October)
The European Biotech Week celebrates biotechnology, an innovative and vibrant sector launched by the discovery of the DNA molecule back in 1953. The first European Biotech Week that took place in 2013 marked the 60th anniversary of this pivotal moment in history.
This momentous occasion opened the door to a better understanding of the world we live in both for scientists and for society.
