Last December 17th, an online event has been organised to present and disseminate the survey on Oral formulations and Administration Devices survey developed by EPTRI (European Paediatric Translational Research Infrastructure) and the EuFPI (European Paediatric Formulation Initiative).
The webinar was addressed to all youths under the age of 18 who are also the target of the surveys.
Both the surveys were developed to find out more on specific needs of paediatric patients, and in particular:
- Survey on Oral formulation intends to investigate children’s experience with taking various pharmaceutical formulations (addressed to boys and girls up to 18 years of age);
- Device survey wants to understand what devices are used and how easy they are to handle, to help to find ways of making the devices more user-friendly (addressed to boys and girls between 10 to 18 years of age and their parents).
Both the surveys were revised by YPAGs members from Barcelona, Bari and Tirana.
